I'm doing a bio BS and I don't even think you need 3 400 level electives. I'm p sure you just need 6 bio electives in total with at least 1 being 400 level. and then the extra lab. with that being said the BS is technically a more rigorous program because of that, so it's probably worth it depending on your career goals.
